My mates do nothing but laugh at our club. I used to try and defend us, but now that is just impossible. FACE IT WE ARE A JOKE.

As far as I know none of the fans were Magilton "haters". Very few of us were inspired by the appointment but think we all got behind him. Like you I agree that with all the managers we have sacked it makes it impossible to land a manager of the quality we all seek. But in the particular case of Magilton he was clearly guilty - whatever the wording of the settlement - of gross misconduct, so I don't see how the board cd have acted differently.

The reason no successful manager will touch us is not because of the way we treated Magilton, but because of the way we treated Gregory, dowie, Sousa, etc etc...

I don't think Hart & Harford will do much better than thy have at any of their other clubs, but at least they are only here until the end of the season, unless they achieve some sort of success. But who knows, they might surprise us. If they can get some stability in the defence, QPR should stop conceding so many goals and start winning a few games.

However, this isn't down to Magilton haters. It is down to his bullying and tinkering style of management to go along with his poor substitutions.

Apart from a 6 game spell, QPR have been inconsistant and struggled for wins and goals.
Magilton messed up the QPR defence that had amongst the best records in the FL last season and kept around 20 clean sheets compared to 3 so far this season from 21 games.

Exactly some people have let that 6 game purple patch blinker them into thinking JM was some sort of tactical genius, when infact he has dismantled the strongest part of our team.

some people will never be happy whatever happens.if we ploughed loads of money into a big name manager and he failed it would be "we paid that ****** too much" and all the usual blah blah blah.i sometimes dispair at some people with the attitude they have.

Just think that if the club had kept the dressing room thing in-house and said we sacked him because of poor results (as it really was) it would have been more acceptable to other managers coming in.

Some managers won't touch us now (as if they would before?) because they think the players have all the control - or are out of control.

Just gives decent managers another reason not to join our circus and who can blame them?

Let's be honest he has not been sacked for the Buzz thing. He has been sacked because of a couple of poor performances. Had we have beaten Boro and Watford he would still be in charge. Lets not kid ourselves.
They've tried to sack him to stop having to pay out the rest of his contract. Jim will receive a pay off as long as he keeps his mouth shut.

7 wins in 20 games........ and then the changing room incident. Dont blame them for sacking him.

                          Totally missing the point here.

It's not anti-Magilton, or anti-Hart... it's the whole shambles that has left us with the limited choices of journeymen that should be attacked, not those two blokes.

It's not their fault that they are a pair of flops as managers, its' the fact that QPR are the club who are forced to give a massively important job to second raters like them, because "no decent manager will touch us".
How many times has that been written in the last few days?? And it's true.

So instead of aiming cheap shots at Magilton and/or Hart, maybe a lot more questions should be asked as to why people like those two are even put in a position to be part of this sorry soap-opera that just goes around in circles - because of the shambolic management of this football club.

Our reputation STINKS within football, and that's not down to Hart, Magilton, Sousa, Dowie or anyone else.... just one person.

But "he doesn't do failure", does he???

                          The big clown.

In order to manage effectively a manager needs first and foremost RESPECT from his players. If he doesn't have that then he doesn't have a chance.

It is clear that JM had lost the respect of the squad before the Buzsaky incident and this was the final straw. From that point on there was no way back.

You can blame Flavio, GP, Buzsaky all you want BUT its down to JM and his managerial style. Unless.....

Flavio WAS interfering again and JM was following his orders/team selections which led to him the losing respect of the players. If this is the case then we are f**ked as it will happen time and time again whoeever is manager.

Im not excited by the prospect of Hart being manager - his record is pretty dreadful BUT I think that with the players we have (and maybe some additions) and with a little bit of luck, there is no reason why he cannot get us into the payoffs, this league is so tight it would not take much for a settled (Hall less) team to string a run of results together.

Could not have put it better myself and fail to see why suddenly fans on here are being accused of hating Magilton??

I will support any manaher of QPR and that included Sousa who thought was treated very badly for the record but the simple fact is that Magilton sealed his own fate by assaulting a player and was not to do with results however much some try to dress it up.
