I am not pleased or disappointed about Hart, mostly because it is until the end of the season. We have a squad, which if it is united and not tinkered with massively will do well. Let's see how they do. If all doesn't go well, we can say bye bye and have time to get who we really want.
People are slating the board about this, but at least we haven't appointed for 2-3 seasons.
If they do really well, then we have gained the chance to appoint a successful partnership in the Summer. If they don't, then we have to look carefully into long term, like Arsenal did with Wenger, and seriosuly allow that person time. We need to look at their reputation, personality, skills and track record. But it isn't easy to suddenly appoint someone now who would be right. I don't htink anyone really foresaw the Jim situation.
