Reuben Noble-Lazarus is the youngest Football Leage player, he made his debut for Barnsley aged just 15 years and 45 days.

I believe Raheem Sterling only turned 15 a few weeks ago and as such would beat the record by around a month.

I've gotta say while all reports suggest this lad is a bit special, is it really fair to throw him in at the 2nd tier of English football at such a young age?

Things can get rough and tough in this league and physically he is still a boy!
