Well put it this way, if QPR force him out it will be under a gross misconduct cloud in order to get out of any payoff. JM will of course dispute this, and clearly has backers to that effect, and let's not forget John Gorman is well respected in the game.

All this means is that we may get rid, but he will want to clear his name and try to get a payoff he thinks he'd be entitled to, so it will drag on for quite sometime probably. So ref any other jobs, i don't think he could take any while in any legal disputes with us (think this is why Curbishly didn't consider some opportunities as in dispute with WH), so it would depend how soon they wanted to appoint someone.
