this is a good post. Did we not say the same negative things about Magilton when he was appointed? Probobly about every manager we`ve had in the last 15 years i would think

yes, because he was not the right appointment either - that's why we are where we are.

we will continue on this manager merry go round until we realise we have to INVEST in a good one. Spend a few million and reap the rewards in the prem - it will pay for itself.

I'm no big Ollie fan but he definately didn't have the best squad in the division that season - he had a load of mercenaries who couldnt be arsed to play for us as their contracts were expiring - he had enough time to keep us up but at the end of the day if the players don't want to play for you or the club Sir Alf Ramsey couldn't have saved us that season.

The simple fact is we will never progress as a club unless we move GP aside to a nice comfy meet 'em and greet 'em role and get in a decent manager who gets free reign to get on and do things. Paul Hart if definately not that man.

As for all the JM good run stuff - as pointed out 7800000000000 times by a few on here it isn't that difficult to look good against crap teams in this division given the players we have at our disposal.
