  • These Idiots Who Say

If this manager, or that manager, is given the Rangers job, i will never go again, are talking absolute crap. You might not like the choice, but you give them a chance. To me, anyone who says different, is only playing at being a Rangers fan.

I've been a Rangers fan for nearly 20 years and have previously been a season ticket holder.

I now live overseas so rarely get the chance to go to games but I have to be honest I have no intention of coming back at all this season for a game and if I do find myself back in th UK seeing QPR will not be top on my list of priorities.

I put this solely down to the way the club is being run and my growing dislike for Flavio Briatore.

Call me a fair weather fan if you like, despite the fact I have gone whole seasons without missing a home game and have been away to the likes of Port Vale, Cardiff, Cheltenham, Stoke, Swindon, Northampton etc.

The fact is as QPR fans we have a right to stay away from games. We also have a right to voice our displeasure at overpriced tickets and poor football being served up.

If you choose to continue going every week and cheering your team on then good for you.

For me football is a source of entertainment and a consumer product at the end of the day and these days watching rangers is costing more and bringing me less entertainment!

In which case, your post doesn't match the tag line at the bottom of your post. That, by the way is an observation rather than a critisism.

That's a fair point well made!

Part of your post I find amusing considering a large majority of the football we have played this season has been some of the best in the last 15 or so years!

I think Tarbie misses my point. I am not having a go about people who cannot afford to go anymore, or people who have other priorities, just at people who say they will stop going because a certain person gets the managers job.I can only imagine that these people do not go very often, if at all. I know that even if we re- hired, Alan Mullery, it would not stop me going.
