If this is true, then where's the improvement on Jim and John ?? i can really see these appointments getting bums on seats for the rest of the season,not....! mate of mine who is a Looton supporter reckons harford was absolute rubbish and was glad to see the back of him,but here we go again, appointing people that nobody else wants,as others have said "Do we NEVER learn" ?????

Hart and Harford would give the team much needed grit. Nobody would dare headbutt either of those two or try playing billy big balls with them.

I think after Micks last spell at the club he deserves alot more respect then he's getting!!!!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

There's NO WAY the players will want to play for Hart. Would prefer Gallen and Bircham to be honest, with Ainsworth as a coach.
They are thought to be being offered six month contracts - presumably so we don't need to go through the grief and compensation racket if and when they fail.

With those 30 points they would have actually finished above Notts County and Bournemouth last season who are both having good seasons this year.

I don't think it would be the worst appointment.

One sacked by Rushden and Diamonds, Barnsley and Portmouth, one sacked by Luton and Rotherham.

People aren't even bothering to moan in great numbers anymore. Can you imagine if these two had been placed in charge at the begining of "The 5 Year Project"?!

Now?? We've had all the high hopes kicked out of us, and just accept this cr*p with a shrug of the shoulders.
We've gone past the stage of scraping the barrel - we're digging around under it now.

Yeah great, they'll do, carry on, whatever, etc...

Pete,he didn't start with minus 30 in the conference and he was sacked, because they were going backwards, maybe his problem is that he ain't a manager, but a No 2 guess we will see,but this isn't the appointment AGAIN that the supporters wanted to see, they want some ambition shown, and i don't think these appointments will get the supporters buzzing, which is what we need after recent events !!

Look I do agree with what you are saying but the problem is the board have brought this on themselves. If they had had patience with Dowie then we would never have sacked Sousa and we would look at whole lot more respectable. Instead Dowie, Sousa and now Magilton have gone and we are left with very little choice.

Strange analogy but its like we started off as an omnivore, then became a carnivore, then became a vegetarian, followed by becoming a vegan and now we are a fruitarian.

                              Of course they have.

But the effect of all that is apathy and submission.

That's even worse than moaning, and is more damaging because people just slowly drift away shrugging their shoulders.
Others might not like that, but people just get fed up with the whole pantomime in the end.

"Maybe one day they'll get lucky, but for now... just let them get on with it, what can we do about it?" That sort of thing.

I think the point that they are both basically good number 2s is significant, as they will be used to taking orders from above.
Let's face it all the jobs that would be done by a normal English manager are being done by others at Rangers, bar the coaching, which would be the number 2s job.
