I watched the game last night through the miracle of the internet in a Bar in Thailand.
I thought we played quite well and were really unlucky nothing to fear in this division at all just not really having much luck at the moment.
I feel sorry for our board at the moment for once it looked like we were getting things done correctly Magilton was being allowed to manage Gorman was an able number 2, and the fotball we were playing was some of the best I've ever seen at Rangers.
It was to good to be true, then Magilton tinkered a few bad results and we all know the rest.
I really dont see how anyone could do anything but dismiss Magilton and Gorman after the alleged incdents after the Watford game.
They lost the dressing room Magiltons repuation now lies in tatters and I'd imagine within the next 48 hours he will be gone.
After being really worried about his appoint Jim turned many of us around I think it's such a shame for the club the fans but what on earth was he thinking.
To try and lay the blame on Paladini, Briatore , for the incidents after the Watford game is quite simply laughable sure GP has his critics fair enough but what on earth are the board at QPR supposed to do when the manager has lost the dressing room after (allegedly) sticking one on one of our best players?
As for the managerial names being mentioned so far I dont feel that they are going to inspire many fans but Paul Hart has a repuation as a good coach and at least Mick Harford has a bit of experience now at QPR and seemed to have a good rapport with the players last time round.
For me if he is available we should move heaven and earth to bring Alan Curbishley to the club a fantastic manager that would excite the fans and would be a real coup for the club.
Steve Coppell would also be high up on my wish list as would Darren Ferguson who are both currently available.
Just to end well done to Steve Gallen and Marc Bircham last night for keeping the good ship QPR sailing in the right direction , I'm not going to go into the subs or tactics beacuse we all know that these lads tried damm hard to get the right result.
Anyway I'm off for a beer or 20 come on you R's and look forward to catching up soon when I return.
It's ****** cold here only 78 degrees today
