  • Our Major Strengths & Weaknesses

    Strengths

    We have so much pace

We have so much natural ability

Our players can be magical at times

    Weaknesses

When Cerny Kicks the ball, we never win the headers.

We don't know how to close games

We don't know how to win penalties (apart from Tarrabt)

many of our team cannot tackle

Our bench is not good enough

    Fair analysis.

Think the one thing missed on the weakness side is the inexperience in our squad and how young most of our most important players are. We have lacked leadership and unless we address it in January I think by March time we are really going to need a player on the pitch rallying the troops.

Agreed. Is hard to tell during a game who our leaders are? The days of Bircham and Gallen and Shi*tu etc followed by Cullip and Bolder we have generally always had leaders in the spine of our team. Legs did it today but is it really him to do it week in week out?

It is about leaders, I feel, on the whole. I would be more excited and patient if the youngsters we're giving great experience to were ours, but they are on loan for the most part...
