It's not there fault every manager would have been making subs in the same position. Ferguson does it a lot for Utd. to run the clock down in injury time, unfortunately we conceeded a silly goal, Faurlin should have headed for the flag and after that we had five defenders around the ball who should have dealt with it!

Off course it was their fault, they were responsible for the substitutions...there was absolutely no need to bring Hall on.

Its like turning around and saying we are going to throw another defender on, sit deep and try to soak up everything you throw at us....why?

Faurlin cost us all 3 points tonight for sure how ameteurish and stupid was he to pass to e-coli who should never have come on before vine the italian looks slow and was not fighting or running the ball down like he should have been, that stupid mistake cost us the game because if he had of run into the corner the game would have ben over, but instead gave the bleed.ing ball away
thought our 2 in the centre of midfield were brilliant and the 2 centre halfs did a great job, so so gutting for that last second equlizer though bad substitutions what was the italian doing on the pitch baffles me he is useless

First up its pellicori for ageymang.....i happen to know there is not a single person on this mb who can find justification in that.

Then the masterstroke with 90mins and 30 secs on the clock with 93mins in total to play these 2 pillocks decide to bring on fitz hall. Now for once i'm not digging hall out it could have be anyone coming on but instead the 2 kiddie coaches decide they wanna be cute and play football manager and the resulting goal is scored on 93mins and 20secs (=10 secs to go).....no substitute whistle goes on 93 mins.

To rub salt into the wounds pellicori's inability to resemble a footballer and close down with speed in the wba half led to them having one last hump up field leading to the equaliser....ageymang would have closed this down.

Fantastic performance from the team and 2 unbelivable decisons from the inexperienced numpties on the touchline. If i was flavio i'd be handing sg & mb their p45's in the morning the pair jokers....best thing they can both do for now is to **** off back to youth team where they belong

my blood is boiling at that result.
          shiit post...

how the hell can you come on here and say that?

im sorry but that is ridiculous. gallen and birch were the ones who got the team playing the way they did. in recent weeks we have lacked that heart and desire, and tonight it was back.

the players were willing to do that little bit more for them.

all managers make subs at that time of the game to run things down. it wasnt their fault that faurlin passed the ball to the slowest player on the pitch.

for god sake show some appreciation for what they did for qpr tonight.

we would never have got that result if JM took charge, we would have conceded another 5 goals.

You lot are a f...ing joke with this s... about Pellicori and Hall. They aint the best players in the world, but who was it who got out jumped by Woods and then reacted slowly to let him shoot, leading to Cox scoring the rebound?

WOW... we've spent the whole week getting upset about player power etc... It's not like Bircham and Gallen wouldn't have asked him to do that. I'm guessing the last sentence Bircham said to Pellicori used the words, 'chase, battle and boll*cks on line'.
He is a pro footballer and even if he is a pathetic excuse for a footballer I could have done his task today. How can you blame Bircham for the fact that Pellicori let him down? I have no doubt that this idiot won't touch a Championship football ever again under Bircham.

Less we forget we went 2-0 up today thanks to the dogged efforts by the QPR lads that has been sorely missing for a long time. '2 of the worse substitutes I have ever seen'. Will you change that to '2 of the worst players I have ever seen'. Bircham and gallen can hold their heads high tonight and I'm fully behind them for the rest of their tenure.

Because thats what teams do in that situation! Come on, you usually speak a lot of sense IMO but to blame everything on the managers is ridiculous, why didn't Faurlin take it to the corner, why did four of defenders watch the ball bounce and let Bednar or whoever it was get the initial shot away....

We did not lose because of those substitions, we lost due to our inability to close out the game those are the facts i'm sorry!

This message board makes me laugh, bircham and gallen step into the hot seat for the sake of the club and get the players to give it everything and get a good point. If it wasnt for these 2 we would have had Briaatore and Buzsaky in charge. You moan we dont get a decent manager but why would anyone want to go to a club where the fans dont give any credit to people.

These 2 are legends in my book for helping the club out and deserve a bit more thanks from the fans than what rubbish subs they made.

Um, they picked 'em to come on, so is it not their fault, or are you saying (unlike yourself) they do not believe Pellicori and Hall to be useless?

I don't believe Gallen and Birch are getting slated too much compared to Pellicori and Hall (unfairly).

Appreciate what??? I couldn't give two ****s about them....we needed 3pts tonight not 1pt and it was there for the taking.

That performance had nothing to do with Gallen & Bircham....Briatore picked the team and players played for themselves and to prove a point to Magilton that they don't need him.

Gallen and Birchams decisons cost us the game, can't see why people are pointing the finger at Faurlin there was nothing wrong with his pass....it was Pellicori the donkeys fault for not getting on the end of it and not closing down quick enough.

God as bad as we know Pellicori is surely it is not unfair on Bircham and Gallen to expect him to be able to do the simplest task on the pitch. Fresh legs, just needed to keep running at the 2 big guys booting the ball up. It was the easiest job on the planet and fans, staff and players will regret Pellicori coming on but it is simply unfair to blame Bircham who quite obviously instructed to pellicori EXACTLY what he had to do.
