Because of finances I can't see Watford or Palace sustaining their good form. Blackpool and Swansea are one injury away from being a poorer squad - they don't have any depth. But Bristol City, SHeffield United and Middlesbrough who are all outside the play offs have good squads and will be there or thereabouts.

That is the challenge we have ahead of ourselves and only a manager with complete control and the balls to stand up to players will be the difference from top 6 and also rans.

Yea you have to give it to them tonight, to a man they put in far more effort, that was night and day compared with the Watford performance!

In a way as harsh as it was the goal going in at the end it was nice to see the players annoyed about losing the three points it showed that they had put the effort in and that they do care in the way they reacted to drawing the game!
