Sheffield Utd Away by Train - Cheap fares.

Don't know if anyones interested but i noticed on National Rail Enquiries they are doing a special deal on trains caught at certain times on Jan 3rd, the day of our match up there in the cup.
Departs St.Pancras 9:30 Arrives Sheffield 12:28 Price Only £5.00
Departs Sheffield 19:31 Arrives St.Pancras 22:27 Again Price only £5.00

You are restricted to those times but who can complain with the price as cheap as that and there are no changes on the route.

There are quite a few pubs in Sheffield (both our and theirs) too to while away the time before and after the game.

I will probably be using this. Anyone else fancy it?

Go to this site and just enter the details for the date and time you want to travel, when you check the prices it gives different prices for different time trains.

far to stumble to the station.

i have no interest...dire draw..been there a few times..
can't be arsed..recent events have just taken the stuffing out of me.

only missed 4 games this season, 2 cos i was bedbound thru back injury...
watford had tkts, couldn't be arsed and tonight..could've gone, can't be arsed...

Ive just booked a torre to paddington train for £25 return on 20th feb against Doncaster.

One of the better away games, we've won a few times there. Pub right opposite the station and ground about 10 minutes away. To me second to Ipswich for being one of the better days.

Had to get the tickets from East Midlands trains, its a dropdown on the ticket payment option from the National Enquiries site redirects you, no change in price though, sorted now, ticket and travel.
