pete would a manager be suspended for having a go at the players. think you know the answer. He clearly headbutted buzsaky, the players support him. Gorman is only supporting Jim because he will be out of a job. simple.

I think the fact that every single player refused to back him means that he has to go!

qprmarc, I doubt that happened. Not being funny, but if someone headbutted me, I would have a bump on my head, I would not be looking for solice in the nearest loos or clutching my balls outside with John Gorman.

of course, where is the line crossed?? thats open for debate. He may well have lost the dressing room and its not for me to dispute that, his team selections were questionable to say the least. It was probably unfair treatment of Buzz who only played 15 minutes and had been dropped, so not going to argue with you there. Did I think he head-butted, no I don;t.

According to press reports players are unhappy to be collective in declaring it happened, so who do you believe?? Its like a fog and we don't really know

just to clarify In Saturdays/ Mirror

But Magilton has denied head-butting Buzsaky and fears he may not get another managerial job in football.

Rangers now want testimonies from some players to use as evidence to force Magilton out.

But that prospect has not gone down well with QPR stars who do not want to get dragged into a legal row.

You can't as an employer have employees doing that kind of stuff to other employees. If I showed any aggression to anyone I work with I would be out of a job. The fact that it is football is irrelevant. Employment law is the same in any work place.

Magilton has cracked under the pressure.

Let's hope the next manager can handle big pressure.

Your right, we move on with Chapter 28.

I'd expect we get the WBA game out the way firsr, lose it comfortably then a quick appointment, a draw some delay a win then may stick with Birch/Gallen for Saturday.

Either way no question Magilton will not be coming back and we will probably get official Tuesday/Wednesday

My theory is similar to Sam-QPR's:

Buzz was standing close to the wall. Mags approaches him aggressively. Theyre eye to eye, forehead to forehead. Buzz, being the mild-mannered guy that he is, is so startled and taken aback by this reaction of Mags that he moves back with a jolt and the back of his head bangs into the wall behind him.

So technically he wasnt head-butted but Magilton's hostile behaviour caused him to bang his head.

                          same thing imo

madge being aggressive to that point is unacceptable

i hope egham is wrong as there is a bit of money on the line
