Writtler, thats come from a man who defends a manager who got 5 points from 27, at actually the most important time of the season

22 points that cost us a play off last season.

sam-qpr..what did JM do wrong, please enlighten me

Judging by the story that nobody in the squad put their hand up to support him when asked... maybe he's guilty of totally alienating his troops with his man-management "skills"??

Or maybe that never happened at all?

You know "stuff". You tell me....

So what happens if Magilton is proved to have nutted Buz?

I wouldn't want my boss at work nutting me.

                Magilton has lost the players.

I'd like to know when Gorman asked this..

He never went to training the following day..

We will never know, my bet is magilton gave them rollocking being short changed by the players performances and went ballistic. Very nieve to think it never happens in dressing rooms, I'd be amazed if it didn't.

Magilton's big mistake was tinkering with a winning team and not knowing what his best back 4 was. ( we all knew) and leaving top players out of the team. Nothing major, as it could have been sorted. Only my view of course

Players can play very badly, and we are used to it at Rangers, but you can't nut club employees.

Magilton has obvioulsy cracked under the pressure. He was not right for the job. He couldn't handle big name players. He brought his own downfall by always playing his favourites Hall and Leigterwood who kept letting him down.

He should have brought in proper full back and a top striker in the summer.

ric-roc was merely demonstrating the various stories coming out, (could be wrong), but he was making light of all the conspiracy theories

Was watching the Arsenal game earlier and they had a shocking first half. Wenger gave them a #######ing at half time and Fabregas said it was the angriest he had ever seen him. They ended up winning so it worked. Now from what we have heard about Madge this was not his first outburst and sounds like his was a bit more brutal than Wenger's. Once in a while these aggressive team talks work but when you are using them on the regular it does not work, shows bad management and that he can only deal with problems in one way! So whether he did headbutt Buz or not in my opinion he is not a good enough manager to be running the club.

well he's not one that is always offering ITK info.

all the ITK's seemed to agree with this version.

                            he seemed pretty confident

thats enough for me. thats the version i will take.
