  • Players or The Manager..To Blame??

See that Arsenal Wenger told one of his players today at half-time, that one of his players was not fit to wear the shirt, they came out and won 2-1 and he says whatever said remains in the dressing room. Though one of the players came out after the game and said Wenger said it to them.

I think in all fairness a BIGGER manager like Wenger, Ferguson can get away with what they want.

Where they have acheived so much in the game, players will ALWAYS respect their opinion.

In the case of Buzsaky, he was being slated by Magilton who is a manager than hasn't acheived anything in the game. PLUS Buzsaky is a far superior player to what Magilton EVER was, so I think its harder to take.

Not that it makes it right...

Disagree entirely. The management skills required are the same. Difference is the Arsenal players are quite intelligent and would respond whereas our mob are completely dense.

Not sure if Buz was/is a better player, I know who I'd want playing for me in a battling game.

              Spot on.

Despite what people seem to think that footballers are machines who just have their buttons pressed and they must automatically respond to anyone - you have to earn respect.
              Wenger and Fergie have.

No comparison to be made with QPR right now.

Correct....Fergie chucks a boot at Beckham that caught him on the forehead.

Hmmmm ......where have I heard that before......Manager attacks star player?

Fergie got away with it, and it was the beginning of the end for Beckham
