You know what guys, how about you tell me exactly how it is then. I am just an ordinary fan, god forbid, who looks on from the outside and see's what he see's.

Like many of you I have been watching Rangers for many years, since 1978 to be precise. This is the first season since 1983 I havent had a season ticket. From top to bottom the club stinks. I actually do not give a s**t who appointed JM and I give a lesser s**t who brings in the players. All I do no know as I stated in my post is that since Mr Pallidini walked into our club we have become a laughing stock and I will stand by that. One calamity after another and nobody takes the blame.

Yes he found the investors and thank you for that. You are right to point this out. But then what? Is the man a figure head? You keep telling us nothing is his fault. If that is the case who the ****** hell is he and what the ****** hell is he doing? Nobody seems to know.

Do not include me in your insults that apply to other messageboard posters. I do not post on any other board and this is the first time in months I have left a post on here. I have no agenda unlike you guys and just a fan looking in.

The club is a shambles and you defend one of the people responsible to the hilt. Kindly explain why? Could also explain why he is vital to our future as from this side of the fence I can only see negatives.

Gianni keeps the club running whilst the board are away, he is the middle man between the board and manager and works under orders. Manager wants a player and reports to Gianni who let's the the board know and if given the go ahead brings them to our club.

Now that Flavio is not working he could do this himself but think most of our players will want to leave the day Gianni goes. I've seen first hand the respect they have for him and I'm NOT saying that is what would happen but I feel that could happen.

Why can't the manager do the deals you may ask, well maybe because the board want the manager to be looking after on the pitch events and don't wish to distract him from that duty, I don't know but that makes sense to me?

Would the manager be able to bring in players for the right price or would they pay over the odds like we have under other managers?

Thanks. That is first time I have seen a sensible explination to what the man does. When you say you feel most of the players would leave if he went do you mean this is because they hate FB etc? and would have to deal directly with him?

Otherwise I do not understand. All I see from the outside is an unbalanced squad that appears to have earnt themselves large and long contracts that are not deserved. I am sure this we are all agreed on. Are you saying this is the fault of the managers and the board? Mr Palladini is just the middle man in all these circumstances? If so then fine I get that. But why would the players be so bothered about him then. Is it because he is a nice bloke?

Is it possible that JM has seen a bunch of nomarks on long contracts, fronted them and found out to his cost that they hold all the power? Do these players treat GP as the guy that pulls the strings. this cant be right?

MYU, you always seem like a very straight forward thinking person but you cannot seriously tell me all is well with the way the club is being managed. Something is wrong with the set up and everyone in higher management should be scrutinised and questioned.

If you are saying players would leave if GP left then that doesnt sound healthy in my book.

Not one person knows the In's and out of how the club is being run but I agree something is not right but every club has their fault.

We have some real big board of directors at QPR and if anyone can sort this mess out you'd think it will be our board, how long this will take I don't know and what the problem is.

What I do know is when our club had no money years ago Gianni made sure the first people to get paid was the players and staff before any tax man, maybe that's why they respect him but again I don't know the answer, thats my guess?

What I do know is that we have to get this right now and we have some good people at the club who can take us back up, still believe they will do it but not 100% sure about the 4 year plan.

The club are working hard to put things right and we all know it takes time, the troops will also be back before the season ends. The Football League were so impressed with QPR on that day as were we fans.

Am I not aloud to have my own opinion as well now, what explanation do you have that makes sense to you?

The way I see things is that if Gianni was not good at his job then he would be the first to get the boot but as I've said I have no idea and only replying. I've not said anything is fact have I?

I`m getting all confused now as to who is to blame :what:

And I'm confused over your post. How could it have been Gianni if he wasnt even in the dressing room?

I've been away all day - have I missed some new twist to the soap opera?
