the club better get this appointment right cos i am now ending the road, completely depressed reading the absolute **** ****ing managers being associated with qprfc.
we need to show ambition and not appoint a yes man, nobody or an average man.
we need someone with balls to handle the job, the squad and the boardroom, someone who may get us up this time of asking and may keep us in the prem for one season at least.
a continual conveyor belt of mediocrity is not helping qprfc.
i will keep naming el tel and/or george graham, both have links to qpr and both could handle the job etc....
i don't know the salary of a championship manager but give them 10% on top and a £1m bonus if we go up.
it's worth it in the long run.
if we look at the burley's,hart's of this world we will be forever midtable in the championship.
