qpr will have to give the job to birch as no one else will want it!

almost happened with gaz before sousa came in

was very careful to use think not fear in title as i think he maybe able to do a good job as he genuinlly loves the club
i supported qpr in the glory days when chris kiwomya and michael ngonge played up front

      Agree.

We need an experienced manager not an old crowd favourite.

Might as well give it to Kevin Gallen on that thinking, hell, make him player manager.

      :horror:

Be tempted to ask for a refund on my ST as a show of protest....he was a crap player but he supported QPR so people love him.

Managing the kids should be about his level IMO.

Can't help thinking that we need a real old hand to steady the ship.
Love Birch, but passion for the club isn't going to be enough to be the long term solution.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

I don't do sentiment mate, no doubt Bircham has/will be a great servant to the club but as if he wouldn't be.

It winds me up no end when posters suggest the likes of Ainsworth or Bircham might be able to step in. If SG or MB are in charge for the next 4 matches and win them all 6-0 I still wouldn't give them the job.

We need some perspective we need inspirational manager at the helm...Sousa for what it was worth was that man.

Stedders hit the nail on the head today with this thread.
