Thing for me pete is if we had kept JM and this hadnt got so out of hand i would at this point be saying were going through a bad patch and we will come through it!! I try to be positive...

Now because its gone this far and were gonna lose our manager it takes time for a new manager to come in, bed in with the players, get his ideas across, get them playing the way he wants them to....Thats the only reason why i would say its now going to be tough for us to reach our original goals.

Are you sure about that? I've not seen that happen at Rangers for about two season now. Isn't a case of give the job to the manager as soon as it's not going to well SACK the F**ker.

I can't believe the speed at which managers are replaced. It's as if they are all exactly the same. Any manager will do.

There is a gap between the 4-year plan and its execution. Actually, the plan doesn't mention a manager. It must be something else going wrong!
