Ferguson was our No.1 target following Sousa's sacking that I'm pretty certain about. IMO he should still be manager of Peterborough but whatever the reasons he is now available. When he left Peterborough United he walked out of the door with a Win Ratio of 50.34 %.

We have to be realistic on our targets for Magiltons replacement and a short term fix of Hart & Harford will not be the solution. I'd never heard of Hart until he was at Pompey but he doesn't strike me as the sort person to take this club forward.

Fergie on the other hand is young and hungry having achieved back to back promotions with Peterborough. For many he was good enough back in the summer so IMO he should be good enough now. With the right resources he should be able to achieve exactly what Di Matteo has at West Brom.

I would like to see another young manager at Rangers one in the same way Sousa was trying to lay solid foundations for the club is what we should be lookming for again....Short Term fixes are not the solution.

I just doubt he will get the funds as he is this relatively unproven at this level. But I have to say it could benefit us/ him that his father is SIR Alex.

it won't be Hart. While Magilton is still officially the boss, no manager will be considering it. We need to wait for him to be officially sacked. I think they'll be a shortlist as is the norm wth some favorites but for people to say X is going or not going to be the boss is wide of the mark.

must say i believe ferg jnr gets alot of "praise" for being son of alex... and that convinces people he will be like alex.. back to back promotions is good but he failed in championship with a decent side imho
