                Pete, these 2 are bigger and better than any manager we have had since the takeover. I could name some BIG names but I'm trying to keep it realistic. Both these men have taken small clubs out of our division. They will get respect from players and are what we need at this current time. Only problem is neither will work under a 'sporting director'
