Same thing happened at Stoke City just this weekend. They have now moved on..

We will be talking about this still next week, because the club still cannot deal with things in house and want the whole world to know, we couldn't organise a p./iss up in the brewery.

You mark my words, fans will turn against the players if we do not beat Sheffield United, thats how fickle we all are.

Ferguson is also a terrific man manager NOW but had similar trouble with senior players that Magilton is experiencing now when Ferguson was a young manager at St Mirren and Aberdeen.

Maybe because at stoke the players respect Pulis.

Out of all this the guy showed a bit of passion and if you have a player saying "whatever" after being spanked by Watford 3-1 I'd be a little p.issed off wouldn't you?

Pete, in another thread, you responded to the following post - "Thats about it though Jim done it with a bit of drum and base "

"Haven't been reading every post on here i'm a busy chap so apologise if anything similar has been reported.

I have PERSONALLY spoken to a Rangers player this afternoon who is loved on here & by all fans who is still at the club who is good pals with a friend of mine,as previously stated there was words after the game & Buzz was singled out for particular hairdryer treatment which he "brushed off" JM didn't like this reaction & stormed towards Buzz, they went head to head and has been confirmed NO headbutt was thrown but what JM did do was force his head into Buzz's who proceded to bang it quite heavily on the wall,he dashed out of the dressing room,Pat Agyemang shouted "Gaffer what the #### you doing you can't do shi_t like that" to which JM replied "Do you ####ing want some as well Paddy?" A lot of screaming and shouting ensued.

Next day John Gorman went into see all the players & said "right hands up who's still behind the manager" and NOT ONE single player raised his hand,he said "lads I have no problem with any of you,but i'm with Jim so who's still with me?" NOT ONE raised there hands again so that was that.GP was present when this occured.

As of 3pm today Buzz IS pressing charges against JM

QPR are 100% hot on the trail of Gigi De Canio(told me why GG left us before & it is a bit naughty but is now ok)

What he did say as well contrary to reports on here by a few about his attitude was that Buzz is a really chilled, laid back mellow guy and what happened was totally unwarranted.

Pat Agyemang didn't celebrate because he had been told on numerous occasions by JM he will be gone 1st opportunity & was frustrated as he thinks he has a future at the club.

If this has already been mentioned fair doo's but like I say 100% from an R's Ledge."

No Cait, Stoke done an internal enquiry which no-one knew about and got on with it. Its not about respect for Pullis, its about common sense.

Sack Magilton by all means for a series of bad results, if thats what you want to do, but an incident like this has been blown out of all proportion, in my opinion.

I work for a trade association the advice based on employment law is as follows

In cases which appear to involve serious misconduct, and there is reason to separate
the parties, a short period of suspension of the alleged bully/harasser may need to be
considered while the case is being investigated. This should be with pay unless the
contract of employment provides for suspension without pay in such circumstances. A
suspension without pay, or any long suspension with pay, should be exceptional as
these in themselves may amount to disciplinary penalties.

Paul, I didn't write any of that

Apart from the first quote which was a joke

                  and about De Canio

I never said you did write it, but you implied it was correct.
