You need a qaulity defence, and thanks to too much tinkering, it has been all over the place. This is why the good football has come in patches.

Even against Middlesbro, QPR looked great for the 1st 20 mins or so, but it didn't last.

Oh and I don't recall a lot of great football, at the start of the season or against Leicester, Sheff Weds or Doncaster. And as for Watford, well only for the last 10 mins or so, but that was when most of the good players were on -too little, too late.
Have to agree with Stan there, when you analyse it we have sometimes played some very special football but we have more often played some equally terrible football and failed to beat teams far too often.
Leicester showed how to stop us playing the style we were playing, which I think we had stumbled into anyway, rather than worked at !

We should not have to pay up JM's contract if gross misconduct is charged.

If the team are all willing to say he assualted a work colleague then he can be sacked without any compensation.

Ah, but we don't sack managers do we? They are terminated for gross misconduct, don't say the S word or Flav's lawyers will be on the line.......
