          Bye bye to them.

Even if there was no headbutt, he still needs to go, although QPR will need to pay his and Co's contracts.

I can't see how they can stay considering what has gone on.

Firstly, he comes across as a bully.

Secondly, results are not good - it isn't just the last 2 defeats, but apart from a good 7 game spell, QPR have been inconsistant and not very good all season.

Thirdly, when asked, none of the players stood up for him, so this leaves me thinking that they don't like or respect him - in which case we can expect a lot more of the same type of performances.

And finally, if they don't like him and were willing to let him get sacked - how will he feel about them and how many of them will leave in January?

I think it is best all round, if he did go. It is easier to appoint a new manager and coaching staff, than it is to sign a new squad of players and some very good ones at that.

Afterall, it is not even as if JM is a very good manager. Had he been of the calibre of Ferguson or Wenger, the club might say keep him and sell the players, but he is no where near that.

          So I repeat, bye bye.

Dyslexic so please don't feel the need to correct my spelling mistakes as I really don't give a **** and before you say use spell checker if it is spelt right / wright but not in context spell check is useless

Yes they have played some great stuff, in patches. When a team has quality such as Tarrabt, Buszaky, Routledge, Faurlin & Simpson, it is bound to play some excellent football when in possession, but what when the other team has the ball or cpses down the space? You need a qaulity defence, and thanks to too much tinkering, it has been all over the place. This is why the good football has come in patches.

Even against Middlesbro, QPR looked great for the 1st 20 mins or so, but it didn't last.

Oh and I don't recall a lot of great football, at the start of the season or against Leicester, Sheff Weds or Doncaster. And as for Watford, well only for the last 10 mins or so, but that was when most of the good players were on -too little, too late.

No I didn't. I thought he was ok at Ipswich, but nothing more than that. I thought QPR Board wanted to win promotion in which case someone with a better record of success would have been a bettr chpoice.

However, I did say that I thought, that with him in charge, QPR would be more entertaining and that he would have a better squad at QPR than he did at Ipswich, so we should give him a chance.

For me, he has had his chance, and by repeating the same errors as at Ipswich, he has blown it.:byebye:

Time for someone new. Guus Hiddink isn't doing a lot now, so perhaps he might like to be a caretaker at QPR.

The story could have ended differently if a few strikers had been made available for him from the start of the season. The injuries on his players Mahon and Rowlands did also ironically lead to him, the manager´s "downfall"
And finally one has to say that maybe he showed too much temper in situations where a step back would have been a wizer thing to do.

Well, he's lasted longer than many recent incumbents...
Start of season till December? Must be a new record.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

                            Sousa lasted longer.

                            Jim - 23 games.

                            Sousa - 26 games.
