This is clearly rubbish. The idea that GP would take it upon himself to get the hump with Magilton and seek to orchestrate his removal is fantasy. FB would make all decisions regarding hiring and firing of managers.

He might get the hump if Magilton was consistently snubbing GP's transfer targets.....vested and conflicting interests......
