think Magilton was destined for the chop anyhow cos hes a useless manager..... this scenario gives the club a chance to oust him without paying compensation and theyve taken it bet they couldnt believe their luck
Sometimes - in certain situations in business, politics and even sport - luck doesn't come into it. Not one little bit.
Sometimes.....
Magilton has lost the dressing room. He is the victim of his own temper and inadequacies. You can't keep ranting at the players after every match, publicly criticising individuals, dropping them until there is noone left to pick, and keep their respect. Sooner or later they will stop listening. That happened at Doncaster imo.
He has shown himself to be a hopeless man manager not deserving of any fans support.
so that means he should sacked for something he didn't do. possibly face charges. not get another job in football again. could ruin his life
i am not happy with the way things are going but that doesn't give players the right to get him the sack
if they don't like is style then sack the man fairly not like this
No one is bigger than the club but if magilton stats then surely it shows he is bigger than the club cos he got in a players face, locked him out n abuses the players, I accept it's not been proved yet but there clearly is truth behind it
Thats really the issue with you and many others. If your mate Sousa had done it, that would have been okay, because when he was telling all and sundry that Helgusson was not fit and that he didn't know about Blackstock going to Forest, he got defended because you liked him.
Sometimes liking or not liking influences your views, on people.
The reason Sousa was making those comments is because he didn't have full control and decisions were be made above his head.
Sousa was laying the building blocks of the future of the club, something which is a difficult to do when the club was signing players you don't want and selling players you want to keep.
Waiting for the truth is going to be a waste of time i fear.If the board don't want him(which i have no idea whether they do or don't) then they will force him out.
Sir Alex lobbed a boot at Beckham and is still at Man Utd.Do we not think that maybe this happens at other clubs...Beattie V Pulis...I'm not saying that it is acceptable by the way, just that im sure this happens at many other clubs.
But as i have no idea what the truth is,i suppose it's hard to make an opinion. All i know is that just for once...for 4-5 games people were talking about QPR on the pitch.Things that we could all see were true and not speculate.
It appears that off the field drama's have been rife at this club for the last 3-4 years....is this more so than at any other time at this club?
Whatever happens now, once again the reputation of QPR football club has sunk even further. Will players want to come here in January...with Jm or with new manager???

Which is why I said the headbutt was almost irrelevant.
Whether the manager indulges in this sort of behaviour or not, what is important is that he keeps a functioning relationship with his players. If he doesn't, he allows resentments to fester and the results are going badly then he loses the dressing room completely.
Whether it is for the headbutt or losing the dressing room JM has to go. Surely the consequences of him staying, in terms of bad feeling and bad results, are too horrible to contemplate.
