  • How many Managers are trained to manage people?

How many football managers actually get trained in man-management? Most of them get by on technical knowledge and if it works they are a genius. Even SAF is a c**t when things go wrong giving players the 'Hairdryer treatment".

Football is a multi-million pound business run by amateurs. I'm surprised the Mittals haven't had more of an influence on managing reputation and demanding higher standards of conduct. Briatore is a playboy with lots of money and a big ego, he is a chocolate teapot when it comes to management.

7 managers in two odd years indicates poor leadership, poor communication of strategy and too loose objectives.

Let's face it, QPR is an expensive toy for the rich who don't have the time or interest to devote to real footballing success.

Magilton is another average manager not lucky enough to have a group of highly paid 'children' do the business on the pitch.

Money covers up for average ability when enough is spent. We need to spend our way into the Prem if that's what is wanted or get professional and invest in good business practice.

I always loved watching the clowns at the circus when I was younger and it's not as funny now.
