  • Is GPs position at risk?

Just wondering as the key "influencers" on this site seem to suddenly all be pushing a "view"

Well put it this way...Sousa (who GP didn't bring to the club) was victimised for the heinous crime of stopping us conceding goals. Whilst Jim Magilton (who GP did bring to the club) has been uncovered as a serial bully and nutter (allegedly of course) and we're asked to consider that he really isn't so bad.

        Funny old world.

          Pushing views??

You make the mistake, probably on influence that I don't give my opinions. I couldn;t stand Sousa because he was a bore, just like I think the treatment of Magilton is shocking.

They are my views, this has never been a club messageboard and never will be.

Since when I am not allowed an opinion??

By some people's reckoning I should be standing by the club in all of this?? Because I am not............ suddenly agendas,, you have to laugh.

Club should have handled it, in exactly the same way as Stoke City.

                      So you don't KNOW then.

How can you say the treatment of JM is shocking then?

If someone is accused of assault in the workplace, they are suspended pending investigation.

                      Not shocking - just procedure.

On what do you base such an opinion? Allegations have apparently been made about his actions on Monday night, as witnessed by a number of players. Are you saying those players have lied, cos that's the only way that Magilton's treatment could be construed as shocking.

I think it's shocking that a man about whose violent behaviour there have been countless rumours should ever have been shortlisted for the manager's job, let alone given it. Who drew up the shortlist?

look this thread was about "pushing a view"

magilton has denied it happened, I'm prepared to believe him. You are innocent until proven guilty in this country. You don't get a people walking out to join him, if he was lying.

But even if players had lied. The treatment of JM is not SHOCKING. It's the norm.
While investigations sort out who did what to whom, the accused is suspended.

                              Why SHOCKING Pete? Soundbite?
