End of the day magilton didn';t like Buzz and Buzz didn't like him.

You can see after the Ageymang goal Saturday, that magilton says to Gorman (thats the way to do it), bearing in mind he subbed Buzsacky after about 62 minutes

Okay, here is my take on the last 24 hours. We can look at different scenarios, but my yardstick for all this would John Gorman. He has denied any wrongdoing and says he will stick by Jim Magilton, who himself has denied the allegation of headbutting

I think we agree Magilton made scapegoats and started at the top in terms of ability of the players and his team selection for Monday was baffling to say the least, but it was a clear indication from his point of view, certain players were not pulling their weight. was he right or wrong?

The relationship between Magilton and Buzsacky has been tense for a few months now and he clearly thought, he should be getting better from one of his star players. In the last few games, Buzz had not been at his best and in a way deserved to be dropped for the game against Watford. You don't always have to like your boss, but you are paid well to adhere to his decisionmaking. Over time and not 2 games, it can been seen if thats right or wrong. We were abysmal on Saturday and it must have been frustrating to see our players underperform.

One thing I cannot understand, was Magilton asking for "character" on Monday then dropping the likes of tarrabt, Buzz indicated those were the ones who did not have it. The excuse of pudding pitch or 2 games in 48 hours was a smokescreen.

So, it did prove that magilton was not a strong enough character to deal with the bigger players within the club and he vented his anger after the game. Magiton and Gorman come across as honest men, who felt they were being cheated by the efforts of certain players. In hindsight, what magilton should have done, is go to the baord after the game and make it clear that certain players needed to be sold (if thats what he felt) and see their reaction. Unfortunately passionate people normally do things on impulse and that has been his down fall. If we had been top and lost a couple, he could afford the luxury of losing his rag and it would have undoubtedly been swept under the carpet, he done this act in moment of weakness on his part and not a position of strength and that will be his downfall.

I am gutted on days like today, because yet again we have national coverage for the wrong reasons and consistently are the laughing stock of football and it really tests your support for them. I fear it was the name involved and if he had been say Alberti, this happened to, the club would have dealt with it differently. By suspending someone, it shows where your allegiance lies and that is clearly with the player. hopefully this does not set a dangerous president, as the players don't really have the right being mid-table to be calling the shots

Very good comment.....Buzz is my fave player at mo but he did cause a bit of a cuffufle at Plymouth so who knows what happened and why?......Did Alex Ferguson get the same treatment when he threw a hairdryer at Beckham???......He was still at ManU last time I looked......coz they're doing ok! The best things us fans can do is stay neutral and just let things pan out!!
