    Well if that is the case then they may as well just sack him now and get it out the way.

    The problem with this club is too many poor decisions and rash ones at that. Look at the managers we've had and sacked its crazy. Magilton could well be innocent, even Gorman said that there wasn't any physical contact.

      Can't sack him. Would be unfair dismissal. They could reach a "mutual agreement" for JM to leave though.
