  • Can Magilton Really Believe He Will Return??

Very sad state of affairs. The club can simply take an age to get this sorted. They may see (which would be ****ing ridiclous), that by having Gallen and Birch at the helm, that someone like flavio can go back to picking the team. lets face it, Doubt Birch or gallen will pick the team for WBA.

We cannot employ a new manager whilst one is suspendid, so it could go on for a very long time under this structure. If the club wins a few, expect them to keep to that system.

Events of today, make it very hard to be a QPR fan

No - all a positioning statement to get a pay off. He knows his position is untenable, or at least that's what the LMA should have advised him.

He is just trying to free him self from the alledged accusations he is facing. Highly understandable . But anyway he is a poor tactician and constanctly fails with his substitutions. So as a manager for us he is finished in the long run.

Nodge70, THE football league are notoriously slow to do anyything, this suspnsion pending will take a few weeks. (just a guess). Christmas around the corner, do you think it will get sorted before then?

Well let it take as long as it needs to, afterall there are two sides to every story, I would rather they took their time and made a correct decision rather than a rash one.

Gallen & Bircham as part of a temporary management team will not do any harm...

this has nothing to do with the FL Pete.

to be honest peter i doubt that madge will be back , i think akos should be suspended too ?

if he does not come back in where will the club go from here . I was at the game on monday and to see us not playing as a team from kick off really upset me . think jim has been given a bad time of it . Richard

No-way will they let him return.

A few players will want to go, including Buzsacky, if he returned

Guess the club felt the fans would leave in there droves, if Buzz did go. Problem is, under the current climate, not many others will want to go either.

But why not allow Magilton to have a fair chance at clearing his name? It sounds as if the board want to sack him, but that isn't right, not until it is properly investigated and concluded.

What if Magilton was in the right? surely then he should be allowed to return as QPR manager and to get on with the job?

                            Not a hope in hell

The only way this will be sorted in the short term is if we pay up his contract - otherwise we have another unsatisfactory Holloway gardening leave situation on our hands, only this time, our caretakers are horribly underprepared.

Technically he should. But it's like winning an unfair/constructive dismissal case at a tribunal. You are allowed to go back to your substantive role but that's rarely a sustainable option in the real world. In the end, suitable severance terms are usually agreed.
