End of the day, Gianni Paladini could leave tomorrow if it benefitted the club.

truth is, this case has nothing to do with him.

The reason no big name has come is basically down to the fact, we are in the championship, nothing untoward. Okay, admittedly people like gerry francis would not come into the club under this structure, but its not like it was few years ago. The previous 2 managers have had no outside interference whatsoever. At first it was flavio's baby and he wanted parejo, Tomassi, De Carmine etc, but that is history.

I would love nothing more than a BIg name to manage the club, it needs it. Some of these players are big time charlies who think they rule the roost. Funnily enough a Jihn gregory type would have been ideal, think until we weed out the non-triers and big berties, we ain't going nowhere

Gregory badly lost the players though. Look at that slipshod effort at the Hawthorns in his last game and how Bircham and Gallen behaved during Waddock's spell.

        It was just an example.

These players cannot away scot free for 2 dire perfromances and think they have an automatic right to play, Agree, Magilton went about it in the wrong way and obviously had favourites in Hall and Watson, but Buzsacky had been playing badly of the 4 that Magilton dropped, I wasn;t too surprised it was him.

As I said last night, think magilton felt starting at the top (as in, who he felt has the most respect from fans) the others would follow. Fans singing the Buzsacky song whilst magilton has made him sub, would not have helped either.

To me Gianni seems very enthusiastic on behalf of our club. Remember he was here when we were really down and out.

          Funny bloke,Gianni

No matter what jit hits the fan he will always be the cause of discussion down the line because it always returns to him. His (playing and coaching) staff appointment policies and management are beyond incompetent. His departure along with SB is long overdue.

Its down to Magilton, not the players. Big time Charlies are created by weak management, not the other way round. Any other conclusion reached from this is wooly thinking.

Bottom line is Magilton lost the respect of the players (if he ever had it in the first place) because they could see he was out of his depth. Then when he started ranting and publicly criticising them that only compounded the problem. Its a red herring for Pete to now start blaming the players, and misses the point.

So pete, if your saying the big time charlies are to blame, then which manager selected these players? I take it that's from routledge, hall, Stewart buzz and possibly legs?.

                  Which manager unearthed these gems?

those were the players playing, so doubt magilton felt it was them.

It's going to be hard to find any good manager who wants to be at QPR regardless of whether Gianni is still here on not, but I don't think Gianni should be leaving this season.

(note highlighting those weaker players, because it may prove a point)
Not highlighting anyone to prove a point, just mentioned names of players I have read about having an attitude problem. I.e poty party and reactions to fans after games etc. If these players ain't the "big time charlies" then who are?

Nice point mate. So if Gary glitter sent my childs nursery some money to keep them in business, does that mean he should get a job there as well?
