Magilton has made his bed. We are under-achieving, he lost the players respect, lost his cool and there is no way back for him now.

I'd rather have 11 players out there giving it 100% each game than players who think they are to good because of who they are.

Players clearly don't have respect for the guy. Who can blame them when certain players are in the side when they shouldn't be, players are in the wrong positions and different players get treated differently.First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

The mass exodus would include the likes of Buzsaky, Gorkss, Connolly, Stewart, Vine, Taarabt, Simspon, perhaps even Routledge.
These are the players JM was often criticising, dropping or subbing, and would leave the likes of the defensive stalwart, Hall and midfield maestro, Leigertwood, who never ever seemed to do wrong in his eyes.
Don't you realise that his constant tinkering has meant that the defence has changed almost every game and even the centre of midfield has been changed. The team changes have been more evident in the last 7 games and in the 1st 6, when in all honesty, QPR have been inconsistent and struggled to win matches.
Why oh why couldn't he just leave Stewart or Connolly and Gorkss in the centre of defence? QPR were doing ok until he started to bring back Hall and swapping the other centre halves each game.
Also, why not stick with Faurlin in the centre alongside either Mahon when fit or Watson with Routledge, Taarabt on the flanks and Buzsaky supporting Simpson?
No, he had to unsettle them by changing them around to accomodate Reid (Doncaster) and Leigertwood (Watford). QPR would probably have beaten Coventry if he hadn't subbed Taarabt for Reid.
After one indifferent performance, he would criticise them in public and drop some of them.
This has a damaging effect on team morale and leads to major unrest in the dressing room.
I am glad that JM is going/gone. I never thought he should have got the job, but was willing to give him a chance.
He has had his chance, and for me, blown it.
