For me it was hairdryer...argument and buzz has used it to his advantage as he thinks he's a god.

Magiltons staff - including gorman who was consoling buzz - have all walked in protest?

Something is very very fishy and for me it starts with Buzz.
i'm with you scott.....it's buzz he could'nt handle being dropped and threw a tantrum..... if you had been assaulted would'nt you report it to the police straight away not run to flav or threaten to sue

Like I said elsewhere, Magilton's backup staff have a duty of care towards the players they are responsible for. If Magilton assaults one and they take no action, they are guilty of misconduct and can be dismissed without compensation and are also liable to any legal action that might follow. So ther could well be an element of self preservation.

Buz cack all year ? i hardly think so. He's had a couple of poor games (yet still managed to score in one of them) as have the rest of the team and all of a sudden people want to #### him off.
Something has clearly gone on here and did so after Doncaster as well apparently.
Magilton has his favs who can do no wrong and he has the ones like Gorkks Buzz etc who carry the can regardless. The way in which he has publicly slated players this season is appalling and the sooner he goes the better.

sadly scott alot of fans wont criticise buz because he is seen as an icon..a legend.. when he is neither.. i think it would be disgraceful if buzz has play-acted to get jim sacked... especially if he got moaned at and didnt like it.. its clear as day its more likely with all information and inside knowledge that buzz would be more likely to throw a sulk and tantrum than magilton actually nut him

To be honest I'm all for JM giving the team a rollocking. They are a bunch of overpaid prima donnas and Jim has every right to show his anger at poor performances.

If he has headbutted the player then obviously he has overstepped the mark a bit but what sort of message is it sending out to the players sending him packing like this?

I remember a few seasons back a certain Alex Ferguson launched a football boot at David Beckham leaving the player with a cut on his head. Ok, the media had a field day but Ferguson wasn't disciplined and in fact it was eventually the player that left the club and not the manager.

All of this should have been handled behind closed doors and the player and manager should have been made to sit down and work out their differences. As Scott has pointed out, maybe the reason that didn't happen is that Flav now has an excuse to get rid without paying up JM's contract!

You are talking about this as if its all fact that Buz did make it up. No one really knows what happened.

I'm sitting on the fence because i have no idea, it would be unfair to judge,
But i think Scott is right, there is more than meets the eye.
                        Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                        And many more mistakes

To me Buzz comes across as a bit "arrogant" to be honest.

But what really ****es me off is the fact that Magilton always seems to chop and change a winning team. This issue could very well be the real reason why he has lost the "changing room".
But as another user on this site believe, we will probably never know what the whole truth behind these events is.

Buzsakys nothing but a cry baby, he should with the rest of the team be apologising to all qpr fans instead of the passion magilton is at least showing after to woeful displays. Buzsaky think about the team not yourself, is he a man or mouse. Just sent buzsaky 2lb of cheese :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry: :cry:

Magilton has been critical of Buzsaky since the Accrington S game. #

He has been inconsistent with his team selections, has openly criticised other players, but not Hall -who is cack- and is an arrogant man.

Anyone recall his comment when appointed that 'people wont always like my decsions but in the end they will see I am right'? Yes, just like the Ipswich board and players.

"Buzsaky cack all season". Yes, 2nd top scorer from midfield is rubbish.

He has come back from a very serious knee injury and it seems some fans think he should have come back and perfornmed miracles from the 1st game.

Perhaps if Magilton picked a settled side and didn't openly criticise his players so much, they might have more respect for him.

                                contact is another

why should players and staff be different, it's FOOTBALL RELATED VIOLENCE!??
