If he has headbutted the player then obviously he has overstepped the mark a bit but what sort of message is it sending out to the players sending him packing like this?

I remember a few seasons back a certain Alex Ferguson launched a football boot at David Beckham leaving the player with a cut on his head. Ok, the media had a field day but Ferguson wasn't disciplined and in fact it was eventually the player that left the club and not the manager.

All of this should have been handled behind closed doors and the player and manager should have been made to sit down and work out their differences. As Scott has pointed out, maybe the reason that didn't happen is that Flav now has an excuse to get rid without paying up JM's contract!
Its quite simple really Buzzacky feels he has a case for assult, he is being backed by other players, Magilton is alleged to be in breach of employment law and possibly criminal law, QPR as a organisation has a duty of care for its employers, reports suggest they tried to sort it out in house Buzacky's team refused QPR have no option other than to suspend, and if enough individuals back up the allegations summarily dismiss, otherwise the club will be liable
