    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

yep...in the workplace you only unite in situations like this if the management are clueless, if its one rogue employee ,everyone else keeps their mouth shut

Gorman has been in the game for years and he says it was a verbal clash. he says he won't return until Magilton is re-instated

clearly jim went off the handle - came across as a "bully" asked buz what he thought - buz's lack of passion to sort the situation lead to him saying "whatever".. jim reacted by confronting buzsaky head on... then prolly just squared up to him and brushed heads (staredown style) more than "headbutted" him.

buzsaky prolly felt embarrassed and intimidated and then left the room. his pride is hurting and thats why i assume we are hearing about him wanting to press charges.. believe it or not people - this happens in real life and people get punished for it.. likely jim will too.

sad to say that the stoke incident is much worse than ours - yet pulis and beattie agree to leave it behind and move on (not bringing police in or media) now if beattie leaves he leaves and both can get on with their career stoke fc can also carryon.

again all this is speculation and hearsay.. but i dont think from what ive read or heard this is far from the truth...

          Lovejoy: "No?!"

problem here will be the rest of the players as it may be case not simply of what they have seen but who they feel aligned too, for some it may be the manager for others it may be the player so really getting to the bottom of this could be well nigh impossible unless there was cctv in the dressing room which i imagine there wasnt

Typical qpr and a indication of how much pressure the management and squad feel they are under
its New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks

Gorman, Ryan and Rouse would be technically in breach of contract if they refuse to work in support of Magilton. Like a wild cat strike. Gross misconduct - dismissal - no cash - goodbye.

              What a ridiculous situation.

Looks like i joined the board just in time:confused:

Even if it was head coming together as player and manager squared-up and not a hed butt it's unacceptable. It's poor man management and man management is the key to successful management and drives results. I was for Jim yesterday but he has to go. My fear is no one will want this job, the return of the italian is the most likely occurence.

Unlikely - he was offered in the summer but wanted to stay in Italy. Now, his Lecce side are top of Serie B (but still conceding soft last minute goals)

I thought he wasn't working. What decent coach in their right mid takes this job?
