Just heard that the majority of players backed buz in all this.

    Seems his position was untenable

    Of course they backed Buz.

Physical violence by management is a no-go in ANY workplace.
We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are...

Some reason our current crop of players don't want to play for anyone ....seen threads on Dowie, Sousa & now Madge losing the changing room etc etc ...weren't we led to believe by QBP and chums in the summer that despite the fans not wanting or being impressed with the appointment of Madge it was thought the players were heavily involved in this appointment?

eghamr, to be fair, lets not twist it.

Players were totally behind the Dowie appointment and I said so. Think, most of my posts were not in favour of JIM, before his appointment, then I've got behind him, when he took charge.

He certainly didnt. Who was the last manager we had that the players held in such high regard?

Sousa never lost the dressing room. Sousa kept us tight at the back, sousa this sousa that can we stop going on about Sousa. Mag has to go after violent conduct but I would watch a side that scores goals and entertains over 0-0's all day long! At the end of the day something has happened behind the scenes. U don't all of a sudden become rubbish. I don't care what Sousa does this year I am worried for QPR. Who do we bring in? The best managers have already turned us down so it will be hard to attract a decent manager. This is a sad day for QPR and won't do our season any favours.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
