        Who is the caretaker manager?

        Bircham?
        Hall?
        Ledge?

are gorman and madge joined at the hip because if not might be worth keeping hold of gorman, at least for now. he at least seems to have half a brain.

I'm glad he's gone to be honest, you can't go around nutting your players, still don't know what Buz did wrong, he was only on the pitch 16 minutes.

jim apparently said "am I a bully?", and buz replied "whatever"

Maybe he asked Buzsaky to play in a certain position (and role) and maybe akos didn't want to do it. Akos may had gone against magiltons tactics and that was why he was subbed.

I would put it down as a clash of interests.

Akos was only brought on for the last 15 mins....cant see how he can take any blame for Magiltons tactical shortcomings

Bircham or Gazza as temp manager, bring back Gigi De Canio

Must say i am upset about this, because i'm going to do a football coaching course soon and i think i have learn't alot from Jim because he gets the players to play football the way it should be played.

But he is lossing his dressing room and it looks like it will keep
                            going down hill.

Gigi would be tops as next manager if Magilton is leaving
(I'd also like to say good luck to Jim if he leaves, i am interested to
                            see his next teams results)
                            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO
