Farking great! Our best player asks for a transfer becaase the club employed a muppet in the first place!

Shame to see others confirming what I heard last week now....

It's a case of tail wagging the dog but in football, the tail always wins.

FB and GP need now to have a long sit down and look what they really really want to do with this "project". Is it all about the cash, the profile, the glamour or anything else?

Magilton gone by the end of next week. That's just an opinion, not any ITK.

Gerry Francis wouldn't work with Paladini. Conflict of interest in how transfers in and out are carried out.

Fair to say it's been obvious that the players respect Gorman but...

Must be wrong. Pete was on here in the wee small hours telling me all about how happy and confident all the players were playing under Jim and that it was disgraceful that we weren't all getting behind the manager, which coming from him almost made me choke on my cocoa.

Whilst i have always stated we should stand by a manager through tough periods..if the rumours are true and JM is squaring up to players in the dressing room and head butting players then he has to go..end of

Bernies' while you were drinking your horlicks I said the "players were happy and confident only 4 weeks ago" and could understand what has gone wrong.

Buzsacky has handed in a transfer request by all accounts, but being conjuled to retract it

Well that doesn't appear to be backed up by Nodge's post above now, does it?

but would magilton still be entitled to full compensation if he were sacked for gross misconduct?

Regardless of what has happened this weekm your comment above is ridiculous.... So you think if a manager needs to shout at his players at half time in games it's only a matter of time until they're gone...... All managers will rant at times, even the perceived quiet ones like Wenger. Have you never heard of the Fergie hairdrier treatment....what do you think he's doing exactly.

Sometimes players need a verbal kick up the arris.

If what Madge has done here is true then there will only be one outcome. Something has definitely gone pear shaped in recent weeks and the performances could be linked to unrest behind the scenes. Shame though as he did have us playing well. One thing's for sure, if he does go, the next appointment HAS TO BE the right one, no more faffing about. It's time to stick their neck out.

I would imagine if there are witnesses (which you'd assume) and the charge is irrefutable, then they will be able to sack him under gross misconduct terms without the need to pay him off. He can hardly argue constructive dismissal in these circumstances.
