played most of last season together, both were in the running as poty.
why are they not our number 1 pairing at c/h??

borrowdale is doing ok
r/b is an ongoing issue....

I agree, stewart and gorkss cb, id have connolly rb? and borrowdale lb.

Both Stewart and Gorky have looked shocking at times as has Hall. Connolly has hardly set the world alight either. Real problem. I think they can all do well at this level but at present none are. Either an issue with the coaching or the Gods have decreed they must all suffer crap form at the same time.

Think Ramage is generally fine at RB with Legs or Connolly as cover. Had a dodgy spell after his pig flu but really won me over last season and we need battlers at the moment. Borrowdale is another who has won me over. For me the current issue is in the centre of defence.

No idea what answer is but that's how I see it. Would not play either Stewart or Hall for a while after last night. The ineptness at times was frightening. They need to kick their heels in the reserves for a while and get their heads right.
