I work with an Ipswich ST holder who told me when we were having our good period that it was just a blip and wait for the real Magilton to appear. I mocked him because of how badly the swich are doing but how right he was.

Very few were happy with this appointment. Most are prepared to give him time but how much time does he have left? Who out there could replace him? By sacking him, which of the loanees do we lose because of the instability at the club. I say we hold on to him until at least February 2nd because any sacking before this point will leave transfer targets in doubt.
