I think it's silly talking about sacking the manager already, many teams have a bad patch and we're in one now but in a few games time we'll win 5 in a row, then what... still want to sack him then?

Look at Reading and Cardiff's for runs last season, yet they stuck through it.Also Benitez failing to win in 10 games, and the expectations at Liverpool are sky high.

All teams have bad patches usually.

You are an incredible optimist Mayur, and probably a happier person as a result, its a great way to be,unfortunetly in relation to us winning 5 games in a row under Magilton you are taking your optimism a bit too far, personally, sadly i cant see us winning ANY more games with Magilton in charge.I think he should go

It isn't about a bad patch, i don't believe that. This is about Magilton never having been a big enough name to justify this job, and it is now rearing its head. Magilton is making some ludicrous decisions, and people don't respect that. Imagine your boss doing that at work - how does it make you react? Do you work harder or just get through the day?

Management is, at this level, mostly about putting together a team that plays for the club and for each other. And for the manager. I don't see that, and with the players available that is awful management.

It;s liek a teacher. A good one controls the class, and gets them working, and enjoying the lessons. A rubbish one picks on individuals, has teacher's pets, doesn't listen to students and isn't knowledgable enough (or good enough) at their subject.

          Sound familiar?
