Joke. As always, Flab will take the easy option instead of shipping out the mercenaries that his puppet of a Sporting Director has employed on long, long contracts. Then, seeing ads JM was the bottom of a barrel appointment, he'll lift the barrel and appoint one of those 'desparate' to get back into management OR an untried foreigner and we'll start the merry dance again.
Cheaper to pay off two contracts rather than 6 or 7...

Usually the players win, hopefully without overt sabotaging. Easier to sack the manager than (half of) the team innit?
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

the plays inevitably win that sort of showdown, the question is how deep into the relegation zone will we be when that happens?

The manager needs the backing of the players, if they have lost respect for the way he is doing things it will show in their performances. We have some very good players, as some of our results have proved this season. If the majority of players are unhappy then the manager has to go.

manager must always win, otherwise there is not a lot of point in getting another manager as the players will think they can get rid of him if they don't like the way he works

100% agree. I think it would be a huge mistake to get rid of Jim. I know he is not perfect but he is a young manager with fire and passion in his belly. The finger of blame has to lie with a lot of our players.

If we get rid of our manager every time we hit a bad patch or when the players don't like him what kind of club would we be? Surly all the top managers went through very tough times and now that they are top managers do all their players get on with them??

The manager must have the final say not the players, and what the manager says goes.It is up to the owners to act if they feel the manager is not doing his job,not the players.
