Proper Championship manager (Been there & certainly done it!)

Should be brought in now. Knows this division , gets respect from players and does things his way (something Madge might be suffering with ) AND no not a knee jerk reaction , most of us never wanted JM for chri**s sake . He was always a cheap option (as usual ) and yet again 4 months into a season it's coming home to roost.
