To be fair both against boro and tonight, he never mentioned what happened in the dressing room after the game.

Of course players need a kick up the ####, but you do that behind closed doors, you dont slate a player and destroy his confidence in a press conferance, which he has done on numerous occasions.

You dont see Sir Alex coming out on Sky and slating his players. Its called man management, and Magilton obviously cant do it.

at the end of the day he is the manager and our players should listen to him and who is to say he hasn't done it behind closed doors in the past he hasn't done himself any favours but if he gets sacked then the players need to take the blame as well

I'm also guessing the manager is having big trouble with the egos and team. After all, he was a good player but maybe these players just don't respect him, and the fact he hasn't managed at the highest level?? really don't know, but something is going pearshaped.
