Because he miss-hit the shot which was intended to go wide and he knew he would be in trouble with Briatore whose brief is to lose as many matches as we can before the transfer window opens and he won't be expected to spend big money on a team that's going nowhere anyway.

Any more theories as to why Pat didn't celebrate?

        Anyone heard anything?

Because he had £30 on Doyley to get the first goal.

On Saturday he celebrated, tonight he didn't.

Cannot put my finger on it...The players didn't even celebrate with him, which is not what you expect when you've taken a 1-0 lead.

                        Vine celebrated with him.
I think that is one pretty ****ed-off bunch of players at the moment.
No idea why - but there is as much team spirit as a Stockbrokers Team Building weekend.

Henri never celebrated either, leagues apart, but the same principle, it's a team game, not about me.

I reckon he was denied a move somewhere in Jan and he is ****ed off with the club.

We have scored 2 goals in the last 2 games Fez, and it was Agymang that got them both.

Been treated disgracefully by Magilton, who constantly overlooks our OWN player in favour of LOANEES.

Not saying he alone is the answer to our troubles, but he is twice the player in front of goal than Routledge or Taarabt but is rarely given the opportunity.
Perhaps he feels that in return for his wages he should be allowed to contribute to HIS team, rather than wasting his career on the bench in order that wildly overated players such as Taarabt or promising prospects like Simpson, who are either not wanted or deemed not good enough by their own clubs get valuable match time at our expense. Being constantly overlooked by the mad Magilton in favour of others who have expressed a desire to be elsewhere in future,(higher than where they have any right to currently), must be a tad frustrating don't you think ?
