Pat showed his quality with his "control" from Faulin,s fantastic cross!

Faulin was our only player for the full ninety- it's shocking to see him slated. I didn't expect much from him but came away thinking he is potentially fantastic. He needs another battler and a left winger to pass to. Overall, he completed more passes than anyone else and put his foot in when he could. Watson is shockingly poor for us and a real argument for not using loanees except Simpson.

I actually advocated Ageymang ahead of Vine for any changes, but you just don;'t celebrate a goal like that. it was as if, he was trying to prove some kind of point.

yet on Saturday, he really did celebrate>.

          I just don't get it??

              Its called passion.

We had just taken the lead..I thought the goal was offside, the way he acted.

i must he said this 10 times today

WHAT ABOUT THE PASSION HE SHOWED ON THE PITCH. HE DID NOT STOP RUNNING ALL GAME 100% EFFORT. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO A TRIPLE SOMERSAULT TO BE PASSIONNATE .

agyemang has shown more passion in one game than the whole squad has all season as far as i'm concearned. for that he gets my respect

mate I could run about like a headless chicken for 90 minutes (well 9 anyway) but I still would achieve the same as Pat i.e. F All. He is Blue Square not CCC and I have said it in about three other threads, EMBARRASSING!!!

Spot on....running around dont make you a good player. If that was the case Paula Radcliffe would be the worlds best ahead of Messi :horror:

He would't trap a bag of cement
A man his size should win headers
He gets moved of the ball to easy
Defenders come through him to win the ball
                      Cant hold it up
Scored 63 goals in 338 games according to wiki

But its ok he runs around for 90 mins.

though he scored he is nowhere near good enough if we want to progress as a team still as a 1 goal in 4.89 game ratio, you aint going to do a thing with forwards like that and our pathetic 2 attemts on target out of a pathetic 5 attempts is a disgrace for a team.
Gerry Francis the greatest all round player to come from these shores:super_man:

As stated above, i thought pat had a very good first half - got a good strike and gave 100%per cent.Second half he dipped as he either couldn't reach the 100 foot 100 mile an hour balls from our defence....or he actually couldn't control it.

Im not fussed he didnt celebrate - all this badge kissing does my head in and means jack shat.

However - i still don't rate him that much - not slating him, just think he is very average.

It does show you however - the problems we have at this club, when a player most of us think had a storming game( or at least a good game) in Faurlin and others think he was poor.

I had this debate with Stedders last night(nice banter - which is what it should be).Stedders thought Cerny had a great game.True he made 2-3 world class saves which kept us in the game....but he doesn't seem to control or dominate the players in front of him....Is he scared of them or are they scared of him?

Being very picky - the first goal(although should have ben cut out and stopped by various players) flew across his 6 yard box....and the last goal(although it didnt matter) you could see Cerny edging to one side and where Clevely was going to slot it home.Plus - although i dont want him to just hoof...sometimes i get a tadge nervous went cerny plays the ball out.
