I might agree that under Dowie, it was difficult for him..

End of the day, Sousa has gone, no point crying over spilit milk, he done a c.rap job for us, the football was dire and people were leaving in droves. This season, its been exciting football and we are having a blip. Granted it needs to be sorted and all want to return to the free flowing football, but its now-where near a crisis just yet and for the ones advocating returning to 0-0's to Reading, Sheffield United, Coventry and Southampton's of this world, I think you need your head examined.
    Translation:

Sousa was sacked, he would have done a good job if given the time however people were not buying £200 slippers, seats in the c club and exec boxes. this season we played well for 3 games with exiting football the rest of it we have been ****. flavio will now take over team affairs to sort this blip out and he will send gianni to find a player from the itallian league that will only come here if he is given alot of money and a four year contract only for it to be terminated when we find out hes ****. we are going head first into crisis as losing by four goals also does not sell tickets and for the ones advocating 0-0's i have now realised we would have been better off but i will not say it as gianni will tell me off. we may now end up like Reading, Sheffield United, Coventry and Southampton if this is not sorted out.

Three points less than Magilton over the same number of games with a much weaker squad is a c.rap job??

What basis do you base that on? The fact he was getting our defence sorted out and we didn't win one game in nine matches or the fact he is overacheiving for the minute with Swansea City and you have this dream in your head, that he would have been great for us this season??
all you go on about is the 9 matches......magilton is 1 win in 7...west brom to come...if he loses that are you going to call for him to be sacked like you did sousa......or are you happy getting embarrassed by the likes of donny, boro & watford as long as we are playing pretty football......you say fans leave in droves with boring football....they also leave if the team cannot win games........points on the board take you up....not defeats while playing pretty.

i have more pride in a team drawing 0-0 than a team that loses 5-1.

Like I said, two defeats in 14 games was enough for Pete to want Sousa out, strangely enough at exactly the same time as Flav told us OFFICIALLY that..ahem...the Board became "very disappointed with him". Can't quite work out why two defeats in two games with EIGHT goals conceded shouldn't be enough to do the same with Magilton. Or three defeats in four games with 12 goals conceded, take your pick.

Funny old world. Perhaps we need to wait for GP to call Magilton a c*nt in front of some fans.

                Hilarious PWAD.....

Wanna show us the table where we were in the playoffs under Sousa?

The only consistent point to this thread is that ha163 who very rarely posts, should make a post on this thread.

Reality is after beating blackpool last season we were 7th, same points as the play off placed Cardiff City and pretty much like this season in Magilton, Sousa then proceeded to bottle it.

I have no qualms discussing Magilton, but Sousa has now gone and is manager of Swansea. I didn't start this thread, but earlier in the season I did and was told to move on, seems a few of you cannot do the same.

Lets talk about the last 7 games then...

                    Played 7 , Won 1, Drawn 2 , Lost 4, Goals For 8, Goals Against 16, Points 5...

You constantly bring up that 9 game run under Sousa, are you also going to constantly bring up this run under Magilton from now on?

                    • no, because you need to move on. You didn't have to suffer that bucket of ###x, because you stayed at home for most of it.

It was 9 games in the most crucial part of the season Feb/March when we were one point off the play offs. You should move on, looking back is never a good thing.

Paulo Sousa has gone into the history books of QPR managers, just like Alan Mullery.

You seem intent on defending a record of no wins in 9, but having a go at magitlon?? As I said, it really is time to move on, most find this subject tedious and boring and you only come out of the woodwork after a defeat.

Really I stayed at home for most of it did I?

Have been watching the R's since 1967, Missed 2 matches last season, have missed 1 this season, are you one of these people who knows everyone that goes to every match (as you accuse others of on some boards!) please stop being a plum mate....

                        • Well, having watched the r;s since 1967, makes the defending of the man even more bazzarr. You would have witnessed great games, great managers and the good times, yet you defend a manager who could not win a game in 9 matches at the most important time of the season.

As I said, time to move on. Paulo Sousa and Alan Mullery are in the history books now and at least he gave us a 5-5

                          • we have the players to turn this around, the question is how much do those players care about turning it around?
I suspect some do and some don't and for me that is where our problems are.
