i am loyal to managers that i think deserve to manage the club....Magilton has done nothing......here or at ipswich apart from the predictable things the ipswich fans said he would do.

my main problem with him is the tinkering......oh and the fact he has p!ssed off one of our best players.........

it wd only be worth sacking him if we had a genuine quality manager lined up and were prepared to give them a proper budget. if we just get in another barry manager who prob sends his cv to torquay and carlisle every few months in the vague hope they might hire him, then what is the point? it just makes us more of a laughing stock. was disappointed by the apointment of jim, but now its made think we should stick with him. don't believe in calling for manager's heads. we are meant to be fans.

I've voted no. Monday night I would have said yes, but we must have some stability at the club. Having said that I'd rather he goes if it's a choice between him and Buzz. Lets all hope the clear the air talks were a success.
Opinions are like A******s, everyone has one, but nobody wants to see the other guy's.

how can any of you say yes, you gotta give any manager at least a year , he has to get the formula right , get rid of dead wood, trouble makers and overpaid primadonnas.

He then need to instill his ethic into his players and then take a few months to get used to it, if we keep sacking managers we will never get a settled team singing from the same hymn sheet.

with all the tinkering we don't have a settled team anyway.

he needs time to get the right balance.

If he was sacked tomorrow who would come in and do better, can you imagine the headlines and ridicule we would get for sacking another manager
