Can we really expect to get promoted with our current team?

How many of our players are playing in their natural positions? How many signed players are good enough in the positions they play in? On that basis I would think promotion is some way off.

I think we have the players to do very well in this league but JM does not play them on their most effective positions. On Saturday for the first 20 minutes, Tarabbt was on the left, Buzz was on the right and we had a bit of shape and direction in the team, then JM changed it and it all went to pot.

Because of the final result, many people are forgetting the quality of the football in the first 20 mins. The problem is that we are not converting that football into goals. We should have been 2 or 3 up before Boro had there first shot (17 mins I think). Until we can make our dominance turn into goals we will then run the risk of another Saturday, where Boro had 8 shots and scored 5. Despite all the criticism of the defence and Hall and Legs were poor, particularly second half, we should have been well in the lead before they had a sniff. Nothing has really changed, we are screaming out for a forward like Kitson to give us a plan B and put the ball in the back of the net.
